The Hidden Doors is a company that offers off the beaten path travel packages. When they asked me to do their logo, the first thing I didn’t want to do was to use a door because it would have been too literal. I used a door knocker instead, as this is a precursor to stepping through one. Ultimately, client and I agreed that this one showed some mystery whilst not being specific to a particular culture. On its own, the mark is an invitation to knock on the world’s hidden doors.
